AFC Portchester secured their second piece of silverware this season, after defeating Eastleigh Reserves in the Hampshire FA Women’s Trophy final.

Winners over Bursledon in the Hampshire League Cup Final in March, Portchester were back at the Winklebury Sports Complex to face their title rivals from the County League Division 2.

Portchester had beaten Eastleigh Reserves 5-1 in November but were on the wrong end of a 5-2 scoreline when they met again three weeks ago.

Playing for the Hampshire FA Trophy, Portchester had the edge at the break thanks to an early goal from Eilidh Currie.
