Catherine Walsh volleyed Cardiff City FC in front against Aberystwyth and Phoebie Poole came off the bench to seal the win four minutes from time.

Barry came from behind to lead Pontypridd 5-1 at the break before adding a sixth in the second half. Anais Trinci’s corner went straight in but Grace O’Reilly, Manon Pearce and Mackenzie Olden each bagged a brace for the visitors.
Abergavenny were 6-2 winners at Cardiff Bluebelles, despite the hosts scoring first through Ellie Lunn. Caitlin Davies replied with a treble, added to by Lyndsey Davies, Maxine Mudge and Mali Summers.
Cascade won 2-0 at Merthyr Town with an Abbie Davies double, while Swansea University put four past Caldicot Town.
