Gemma Grainger has selected a 27-player squad for Wales’ first camp of the year as her side look to build on a strong FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying campaign.
Sheffield United goalkeeper Bethan Davies has received her first call up to the squad. Davies will join up with the team halfway through the tournament, while fellow goalkeeper Safia Middleton-Patel will leave the camp early to join up with U-19s for their mini-tournament in Portugal.
Defender Gemma Evans will celebrate a milestone 50th appearance in Spain if she features in two games in the tournament.
This will be the second time Wales compete in the competition following their first appearance last year. Grainger’s side will be taking on the Philippines (19:30 GMT Wednesday 15 February), Iceland (19:30 GMT Saturday 18 February) and Scotland (14:05 GMT Tuesday 21 February) at the Pinatar Arena. Entry for the matches is ticketless and free of charge.
The matches will be shown live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website.
