Cardiff were ahead after 5 minutes at Penybont FC through Shannon Evans but Emma Beynon replied half an hour later.
Evans scored again early in the second half and although the Swans equalised again, Cardiff dramaticaly won the tie with a 90th-minute penalty.
Stacey Tradewell took only seconds to fire Llandudno in front against North Wales League side Denbigh at Rhyl FC.
It was 2-0 on 25 minutes, Sofie Owen’s corner deflected goalward, with a defender on the line only able to help the ball in via the bar.
Jemlia Bukari fired in the third before the break, with Rosie Hughes completing the scoring 6 minutes into the second half.
The final is to be played on Sunday April 17th at Newtown FC.
Welsh Premier League leaders, Cardiff Met, defeated Cwmbran 4-1 thanks to three second-half goals. Chloe O’Connor’s opened was quickly cancelled out by Chloe Chivers but Stacey Ayling restored the lead soon after the restart. Erin Murray got the third on 71 minutes and struck again 6 minutes later.
PILCS put five goals past their visitors from Rhyl & Prestatyn, while Aberystwyth shared the points with a 1-1 draw at home to Cyncoed, enough to lift the capital-based side out of the drop zone at Cwmbran’s expense.
