Jayne Ludlow’s side racked up 30 shots at the host’s goal, 22 of them on target, amongst which Kayleigh Green bagged a brace in the first 23 minutes.
Natsaha Harding set up the first goal with a cross, 15 minutes in at the BIIK Stadium in Shymkent.
Jess Fishlock and Helen Ward then combined well to play in Green for her second goal.
Green was involved again for the third goal just shy of the hour mark. Begaim Kirgizbaeva received a straight red card for a foul on Green in the box and Ward put away the penalty.
With 9 minutes to go, Fishlock was also brought down in the area and Ward again stepped up to convert.
Wales now have 7 points from 5 games but 5 less than both Austria and Norway and they next host the latter on June 7th.
