Joanne Rutherford had a goal disallowed for Luton before Shannon Pratt turned in Jess McKay’s corner with only 5 minutes played.
Rutherford then played in McKay to lob the keeper, before Rutherford got on the scoresheet herself halfway through the first period and netted a second after good work by Kezia Hassell.
Natasha Fensome made the most of a defensive mix up to get the fifth and then scored her second goal with just over an hour played.
McKay was next to double her tally but the underdogs got a consolation when Holly Flynn headed in a corner from Shanice Sanderson.
In stoppage-time, Fensome completed her hat-trick when making the final score 8-1.
