Having recently been awarded by The FA, one of only thirteen Regional Talent Club tier 1 licenses, BHAFC are now actively recruiting for a number of coaches based at their world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.

Brighton have a number of age group specific head and assistant coaching positions that they are recruiting for, all of which applicants must be an FA licensed coach, have completed FA Youth Award for Module 1, 2 and working towards Module 3 and have a minimum of FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. A number of these opportunities also require applicants to hold a minimum of a ‘UEFA B’ Certificate.
Successful candidates will hold valid FA Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency Aid certificates. Candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days.
