Watford FC Women have signed 19-year-old defender Ylenia Priest from London City Lionesses.

The 5’10” tall centre-back helped the Lionesses keep several clean sheets last season, as the mid-table side let in just three more goals than champions Leicester City.

Priest arrives with three years experience of playing in the second tier, having made her debut at that level aged 17 with Millwall Lionesses.

Prior to that, she was an FA Youth Cup winner with Arsenal Academy.
