Danielle van de Donk will join Lyon in a two-year deal following the completion of her contract at Arsenal Women.

Van de Donk joined the Gunners in November 2015 and went on to set the all-time appearance record of 142 games for an overseas player, also scoring 45 goals in that time, states www.arsenal.com.

In her time with the Gunners, she helped them win the Women’s Super League title and the FA Women’s Cup once each, as well as the Continental Tyres Cup twice.

Also a centurion with the Netherlands, Van de Donk signs for Lyon along with Chilean goalkeeper Christiane Endler, striker Signe Bruun and provisionally left back Perle Morroni.
