Wednesday evening’s fixtures in the Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League included a goalless draw between the top two.
Cardiff Met 0-0 Swansea City
Cardiff Met stayed top of the table on goal-difference from title rivals Swansea City but the Swans have a game in hand.
The Swans had a Chloe Chivers penalty saved by Annabel Sweeney in the first half, with the crossbar also coming to their rescue from a free kick.
After the break, Shaunna Jenkins’ saw her shot cleared off the home line, Chivers was again thwarted by Sweeney, while at the other end Claire Skinner kept out an Amy Long strike.

Cardiff City FC 4-1 Cascade
Cardiff City FC consolidated third place with a 4-1 victory over Cascade, in which Zoe Atkins scored twice.
Phoebie Poole took only two minutes to open the scoring for the Bluebirds and Atkins doubled the lead inside the half-hour.
Abbie Davies replied on half-time but Atkins got her second soon after the interval, with Danielle Green then wrapping up the scoring.
