Aston Villa Women have signed England U-21 goalkeeper Charlotte Clarke on a dual-registration for the remainder of the season.
Signed to add additional depth to Villa’s goalkeeping department, Clarke will also continue to play for parent club Derby County.
She rejoined the Rams in August from Stoke City and has appeared in three of the Rams’ four FA Women’s National League fixtures so far this term.
During her three years away from Derby, Clarke also gained experience at Championship side Leicester City.
Earlier this year, Clarke was called up to the England U-21 squad for two friendlies against France at St George’s Park.
