Yankey helped the Guners to eight league titles, nine FA Cups and a UEFA Women’s Cup in a career that spanned 20 years.
Amongst many highlights, she won the quadruple with Arsenal in 2007.
She is also one of the most capped England players of all time, with 129 caps for her country.
Away from her playing career, Rachel has worked tirelessly at the grassroots level of the game, running her own football programme and mentoring young players. Her efforts were recognised with an OBE in 2014.
Emma Byrne joined Arsenal seventeen years ago and helped the club to eleven league titles, ten FA Cups, five League Cups, as well as that Uefa Cup success.
She won the treble in her debut season in 2000/01, and among other triumphs, she also played a key part in the 2006/07 quadruple-winning campaign.
Internationally, Byrne has represented the Republic of Ireland as their number one keeper throughout her career. She has 125 senior caps, and she also won the FAI International Player of the Year in 2012.
