Katrine Veje is set to leave Arsenal Women and join Swedish top flight side FC Rosengård in a permanent move.

Veje joined the Gunners from Montpelier in January 2019 and made 16 appearances for the club, says www.arsenal.com.

The Denmark international played a key role Arsenal’s title-winning 2018/19 Barclays FA Women’s Super League season, providing a total of four assists in her debut campaign.

The midfielder – who is 29 next week – earlier made over 100 appearances for Danish side Brondby and she is also well into three figures in caps for her native Denmark.
