Birmingham City say that the exciting left-back has joined them after a two-year spell in Italy.
Williams won Serie A and Coppa Italia with ACF Brescia in 2015/16 before moving to AGSM Verona last season.
The England Youth International has been capped at U-15, U-17, U-19, U-20 and U-23 levels, while her domestic honours include being an FA Cup runner-up in 2014 with Everton.
Williams joins Ellen White and Sarah Mayling in revamping manager Marc Skinner’s side ahead of the WSL Spring Series.
