Sheffield FC P-P Doncaster Rovers Belles
Brighton play their first ever WSL fixture with a visit to London Bees, whose 2017 competitive fixtures began with a narrow FA Cup loss. While the Bees went out 1-0 at Millwall, Albion progressed 4-1 at AFC Wimbledon.
Relegated Doncaster begin their campaign with a difficult Yorkshire derby at Sheffield FC, who were amongst the WSL 2 promotion chasers last term. It will be the first game other than friendlies this year for the Belles, where as Sheffield FC had to come through a cup test at Charlton last week.
Millwall make the long trek to meet Durham in a noon start, with both sides boosted by cup wins. The Lionesses edged out London Bees, while the Wildcats ran out 7-0 winners at Keynsham.
Oxford entertain Everton after the pair had mixed results on Sunday. While United suffered a cup shock at Coventry, the Toffees turned over Brighouse 8-1.
Aston Villa fired in seven goals against Cambridge United ahead of their first WSL match at their new Tamworth FC home. Watford are the visitors and the Hornets have lost several players in pre-season but have a well-respected new manager in Keith Boanas.
The WSL 1 Spring Series begins in April.
