At least two WSL sides will be eliminated on Sunday, with one pair having been promotion rivals last term, the other duo likely to be so later this year.
Durham entertain Everton with both having made winning starts in the Spring Series/ In their league meetings last year, the Toffees beat their hosts 3-1 away but were held 1-1 at home by the Wildcats.
Sheffield FC were due to go to Doncaster in the Spring Series last weekend but the weather intervened. The Belles have since re-signed former keeper Nicky Davies.
The FA Premier League will have a minimum of one member into the hat for the last sixteen, with West Brom welcoming Leicester City Women. They have met once in the Northern Division so far, with City 2-1 victors on the day.
Other sides will look to add to the FAWPL respresentation but will have to be giant-killers to do so.
Coventry United already achieved that status in the previous round when knocking out Oxford United but they now face a mouth-watering clash with Midlands rivals Aston Villa.
WSL newcomers Brighton finished top of the Southern Division last year, a position currently held by Spurs. Albion won both leagues games but actually lost 1-0 in the FA Cup at Tottenham, so will be keen to make ammends.
Nottingham Forest sit tenth intheir division ahead of the visit of Super League Millwall but have been boosted by recent results with the last round win at rivals Derby and a draw in the league with Leicester. Meanwhile, the Lionesses lost out 1-0 in their Spring Series opener at Durham.
Winners will go into Monday’s draw alongside the ten sides from WSL 1.
