Newcastle Emlyn 3-0 Corwen
Newcastle Emlyn defeated Corwen 3-0 at Newtown FC on Sunday and await the winners of the tie between Barry Town United and Rhydyfelin, which was rained off at Taffs Well FC.
The Ceredigion team broke the deadlock when Chloe Fletcher made the most of the keeper’s mistake to turn the ball in from 10 yards.
Corwen remained in the game until the final 5 minutes when Emlyn netted twice.
Cara Currado fired home from 20 yards before combining with Elysha Jones for the latter to slot into the back of the net.
