EASTERN – Five-goal Rebecca Vass helps Royston into third
PREMIER – Royston Town went third with a 7-2 result against St Ives Town in which Rebecca Vass scored five. Luton Town edged a seven-goal thriller at Bedford 4-3 as Rebecca Wilson-Kane hit a hat-trick. Bowers & Pitsea’s Yasmin Cowley bagged a brace in the 2-1 victory at Colney Heath, while Wymondham Town beat Haringey Borough 7-1.
ONE NORTH – Histon’s Poppy Kelly scored three in their 4-0 win at Gorleston that put them third, Needham Market netted a 4-3 victory at home to Newmarket Town with two each for Annie Northwood and Francesca Rainbird, Kings Lynn Town sent AFC Sudbury to a 2-1 defeat.
ONE SOUTH – Leigh Ramblers stormed to a 10-2 result at Hoddesdn Town Owls where Emily Diwell struck four times.
EAST MIDLANDS – Stags seal two wins in four days
PREMIER – Peterborough United are four points clear after Kier Perkins contributed a treble to a 9-1 thrashing of Loughborough Students, who also lost 4-2 at Manfield Town in midweek with the Stags third when following that up with a 3-2 win over Kettering Town. Elsewhere it ended Leicester City Ladies 2-1 Rise Park.
1 NORTH – Hykeham Town made it six straight wins with 11 goals against Grimsby Borough, three of those coming from Zuzana Pramukova.
LEAGUE CUP 1ST ROUND – Notts County will host Grimsby Borough after progressing 4-0 at Loughborough Foxes Vixens.
LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Fulham foiled in front of bumper crowd
PREMIER – Dulwich Hamlet stayed two points clear at the top with a 4-3 result in front of 450 at Fulham’s Motspur Park ground. Second-placed QPR Girls Development were 4-2 winners at Whytleleafe and Dartford downed Aylesford 5-2.
GREATER LONDON PREMIER – New London Lionesses got the only goal in the game with Leyton Orient Development to lead the table by five points. Sutton United came from 2-1 down to win 3-2 at Clapham United, Victoire got off the mark in a 2-2 draw with Godalming Town, while Watford Development won 5-1 at Spurs 3rds.
SOUTH EAST COUNTIES PREMIER – Worthing put five past Ashford Ladies for a sixth win in a row that leaves them one point short of leaders Lewes Foundation.
NORTH EAST LEAGUE – Ossett up four
PREMIER – Ossett United’s 4-0 result over York City lifted them four places into third, Emma Lee, Emily Ward, Danielle Sidebottom and substitute Lauren Swailes all on target.
NORTH WEST – FC United gain ground on leaders
PREMIER – FC United of Manchester closed in on leaders Tranmere Rovers when defeating them 2-0. It was 2-2 between Crewe Alexandra and West Didsbury & Chorlton, goalless as Manchester Stingers met Mossley Hill Athletic but Fleetwood Town Wrens sunk Wigan Athletic 7-0.
1 NORTH – Penrith’s 3-0 win at Carlisle United put them top, Blackburn CSC’s sixth win on the spin came 4-0 over Preston North End, Blackpool and Workington Reds stayed on their heels with wins over Penwortham Town (2-0) and at Accrington Stanley (3-1) respectively, while Leigh RMI and Morecambe Reserves finished on level terms at one apiece.
1 SOUTH – Curzon Ashton got the better of Warrington Wolverines 2-1 in the second versus third clash and Northwich Vixens first win came in some style, 9-0 at Lverpool Feds Reserves.
SOUTHERN – Cherries back on top
PREMIER – AFC Bournemouth took back the leadership from Moneyfields with all eight goals at Newbury, Oxford City are third having beaten Winchester City Flyers 6-3 and Ascot United had a 6-0 win over Warsash Wasps.
ONE – Abingdon Town advanced to third with a 6-1 beating of hosts AFC Bournemouth Development, Wycombe Wanderers Development won 3-0 at New Milton Town.
LEAGUE CUP 1ST ROUND – Eastleigh edged out Abbey Rangers 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 extra-time tie and now host Winchester City Flyers in the quarter-finals.
CHAIRMAN’S CUP 1ST ROUND – Southampton Women’s Reserves went through by the odd goal in nine at Alton, Lauren Sayler coming off the bench to score in stoppage-time, sending her side to New Milton Town in the quarter-finals. Wycombe Wanderers breezed through 11-1 against Tilehurst Panthers to book a trip to Newbury in the last eight.
SOUTH WEST – Pilgrims progress into first place
PREMIER – Portishead continue to play catch-up with only their third game of the season, Emily Lindsey bagging a brace in the 4-0 win at Keynsham Town Development.
1 EASTERN – Sherborne Town leapfrogged Swindon Town Development into third as Olivia Watts scored twice in a 3-2 success against them. Forest Green Rovers achieved a first win, 4-1 at Laverstock & Ford.
1 WESTERN – Danni Wyatt’s five goals helped Plymouth Argyle Reserves go top with a dozen against Exeter & Tedburn Rangers.
WEST MIDLANDS – Win lifts Leek Town to second
PREMIER – Leek Town went second with a 6-1 win over Worcester City, Sutton Coldfield Town third when seeing off Coundon Court 3-1. Solihull Ladies United’s eight goals past Lye Town featured four first-half efforts from Hayley Wilford and Knowle registered a first point 1-1 versus Coventry Sphinx.
1 NORTH – AFC Telford United extended their lead when walloping Wyrley 9-2 in the top of the table clash.
Shifnal Town’s 3-2 score against Shrewsbury Town was their opening win, Stoke City Development sent Sutton Coldfield Town Royals to a 7-0 loss.
1 SOUTH – Stourbridge have won all eight games to date after a 5-1 success at Coventry City, Sedgley & Gornal United had a similar scoreline against Leamington Lions as they notched a first win with the aid of Arshi Zahoor’s hat-trick.
