The 18-year-old midfielder played in the FAWSL for Yeovil Town last term and scored their goal of the season.
Villa manager Gemma Davies told the club’s website: “Emily is an exciting young talent who I’m sure the Villa fans are going to love watching.
“She fits the criteria perfectly for the sort of player we wanted to bring in and she already has a season of Super League experience to her name.”
The youngster trained with her new teammates last week before heading off to the 2019 UEFA Women’s U19 Finals with England.
