The venues for the semi-finals of this year’s Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup have been confirmed.
Holders Glentoran will take on Comber Rec at Seaview, Linfield and Crusaders Strikers will battle it out at Clandeboye Park in Bangor.
Both games are to be played on Saturday 17 August at 7.30pm.
Comber Rec, who have reached the last four of the competition for the first time, will be the underdogs when they face the Glens, who are currently leading the Danske Bank Women’s Premiership on goal difference from Linfield.
Reigning league champions Linfield, meanwhile, will be keen to reach the final again after losing out in last year’s decider to the Glens, however Crusaders Strikers, who have had a disappointing season by their standards in the league, will have other ideas.
