There were clear winners in all the Electric Ireland Irish FA Women’s Cup 2nd Round on Monday 18th June, including holders Sion Swifts, while two Championship sides made the quarter-finals.

Chloe McGlade scored four of Sion Swifts’ first five goals and Moya Feehan added a hat-trick in a 15-0 win at PSNI, who play two levels lower in NIWFA League Division 1 South.
However, Cliftonville went one better against Chimney Corner when coasting to a 16-0 victory. Bilie Simpson led the way with a five-goal haul and there were trebles for Amber Dempster, Emma McMaster and Megan Weatherall.
Linfield were the third side to reach double-figures, defeating Lisburn with a dozen goals. The comfortable win was the start of three games in only five days, as they face Derry City in the league on Wednesday before Friday’s County Antrim Cup semi final with Crusaders.
Top-flight leaders Crusaders Strikers had a little more modest 7-0 win over fellow Danske Bank Women’s Premiership side Portadown. Celine Curtis and Emily Wilson had them two up at the midway point but Lyndsay Moore and Mairead McCann added a brace each and Lisa Armour also found the net.
Championship side Carnmoney are through to the last eight after hitting Belfast Celtic 6-1, with Amanda Morton and Farrah Neeson both twice on target.
Ballymena Allstars are the second team from outside the top flight to make the quarter-finals, after a 5-0 result at home to Crewe United. Although Chelsea Millar only broke the deadlock just before half time, four quick goals after the restart settled the tie, as Kylie Doherty scored twice, with one each for Beth Hunter and Becca Smyth.
Despite Derry City being without a point to date in the Premiership, they ran out 7-1 winners over Killen Rangers.
Glentoran Belfast United had a walkover against East Belfast.
The quarter-finals are set for 9th July 2018.
