The side second in the FAWPL Reserves South Division raced into a 3-0 lead in 19 minutes at AFC Portchester on Wednesday, against their opponents from Hampshire League Division 1.
Top scorer Kayleigh Tonks got the first on 13 minutes and then flicked in a second from a well placed cross by Natasha Stephens, before Sophie Phelps tucked the ball away at close range.
Widrook would have been hoping to avoid conceding again before the break but Portsmouth struck three times very late in the half.
Stephens got the first of this trio, with Tonks completing her hat-trick, before a Rebecca Bell effort went in off the post.
Just the one goal materialised in the second half and it was a fourth of the night for Tonks.
