Cardiff Met were gifted an early lead when Swansea keeper, Courtney Young spilled a back pass over her own line in the 15th minute.
It looked like a Cardiff Met win until Swansea’s Katy Hosford found the net from 30 yards in the penultimate minute.

Into extra-time and on the 107th minute Hosford scored her second of the match from the edge of the box, before the Archers equalised with a Chloe O’Connor header to force the shoot-out.
Both teams’ initial penalties were missed before a series of converted efforts culminated in Rebecca Mathias putting Met 5-4 up. Then Yzzy Taylor made a diving save to keep out Stacey Webber’s spot-kick and the student side could start their celebrations.

Llandudno defeated Aberystwyth Town 2-0 in an evening kick-off and Port Talbot Town went seventh with a 3-2 victory over Cyncoed. The visitors twice took the lead through Grace SHorrell and Fern Burrage only for Vickie Stratton and Jesci Hare to reply, before Samantha Morgan hit the winner.
