The 26-year-old defender arrives at the club from Notts County, who ceased operations in late April.
Quinn, who was awarded FAI International Senior Women’s Player of the Year in 2013, has 47 caps for the Republic of Ireland. She also spent four seasons with Swedish team Eskilstuna United, before moving to Notts County in February.
Manager Pedro Martinez Losa said: “We are very happy that Louise has joined us for the Spring Series, as she is an experienced player who adds strength to our defence.”
Quinn played in Arsenal’s 0-0 draw at Sunderland on Sunday and could also figure in their Thursday home game with Liverpool, being played at The Hive.
