Keynsham scored four goals against Brislington for the third time this season but this meeting of the sides sitting third and sixth in FAWPL Division 1 South West proved to be somewhat closer.
Brislington fought back to take the final to extra-time, before eventually losing out 4-3.
Jade Radburn bagged a brace for Keynsham, Justine Lorton-Radburn and Katie Cooke getting their other goals.
