Burnley are the only team remaining from beneath the FA WPL and the mid-table North West League Premier Division outfit travel to Cardiff City Ladies, having already impressively accounted for Stoke City.
Northern Division 1 leaders Brighouse Town are at Derby County after a thrilling 6-3 defeat of higher division Wolves last month.
Newcastle United accounted for more senior opponents in Nottingham Forest last time and now host a TNS side that sit top of Midlands Division 1.
Plymouth Argyle have beaten two Southern Division teams away from home in cup competition already but now face a long trip to Lancashire to take on Fylde.
Brislington beat Swindon Town in the 2nd Round and have another all-south west tie away to Keynsham Town, who have completed a league double over them this term.
Huddersfield Town are home to Lewes, looking to avenge the 4-0 defeat handed out to them by the Rookettes in the FA WPL Plate Final last April.
There’s a similarly long trek for Portsmouth and no easier either, as they visit reigning Northern Division champions Blackburn Rovers at JMO Sports Park.
Crystal Palace and Coventry United sit second and fifth respectively in the Southern Division, so a close game is expected at the changed venue of Glebe FC, especially as their league meeting in South London ended goalless.
Leicester City WFC welcome Bradford City whom they beat 2-0 on the opening day of the league season.
Ipswich Town have an attractive home match with Southern table-toppers Charlton Athletic.
Northern leaders Middlesbrough meet Liverpool Feds, who are third in the division below.
