Tottenham Hotspurs Reserves made it a treble by adding the Capital Junior Cup to the Premier League Reserve South Division title and Reserve Cup trophy.

In the first of the cross-county finals double-header at Bedfont Sports FC, Spurs Reserves faced Queens Park Rangers Girls, with the first half finishing goalless.

The decisive moment arrived when Spurs struck the post and Shakira Waithe reacted first to score the only goal of the game.

Greater London League Division 2 South champions, Ashford Town (Middx) beat Surrey League double-winning Whyteleafe 5-1 in the Capital Intermediate Cup Final.

Taking an early lead through Holly Isaacs who from close range, Vicky James blasted home their second from a free kick and it was 3-0 as the half-time whistle blows. another James set-piece seeing Laura Huse volley in at the back post.

Whyteleafe pulled one back from the spot through Danielle Johnson, but Lavana Neufville controlled Beth Sheehan’s cross to half-volley home for 4-1 and struck again on 62 minutes to complete the scoring.
