PLATE FINAL
Kettering Town 1-1 Mansfield Town (Kettering won 5-4 on pens)
Peterborough Northern Star retrieved a 2-0 deficit against Bedworth United, to run out 3-2 winners with a late goal in the East Midlands League Cup Final at Arnold Town FC.
Kirsty Farnsworth got both goals as Bedworth took a 2-0 lead with a minute left of the first half.
But her work was undone as Vicky Gallagher replied immediately and Georgia Coulson equalised moments after the restart.
Star then won it in the penultimate minute, Samara Iredale rising highest to head home a corner kick.

Kettering Town (pictured) had earlier won the Plate Final on penalties, 5-4 over Mansfield Town, following a 1-1 draw.
The drama began when Mansfield took the lead in the 80th minute with a well taken free kick. In the 88th minute, Kettering equalised with a set-piece of their own, Stacy Chaplin finding the top corner of the net.
The teams could not be separated after 120 minutes and when it came to penalties, Kettering keeper Kiran-jit Thandal saved the Stags’ first effort, as her side went onto convert all their five spor-kicks.
