London Academicals 2-2 AFC Stoke Newington (LA won 4-3 on pens)
Nancy Gilmartin and Kristal Clarke scored in the first 14 minutes for QPR Development but AFC Phoenix hit back to wipe out that lead by the break.
Emily Hill then dramatically won the Trophy for Rangers, with a goal 2 minutes into added time.
Ashford Town (Middx) – pictured below – came from 2-0 down to beat Battersea & Hammersmith 3-2 in the GLWFL Trophy, for their third cup win of the season.
Lavana Neufville bagged a brace and Beth Sheehan got Ashford’s other goal, with Antonia Cole and Gisella Cuasnicu having scored earlier for the runners-up.
The Sue Sharples Memorial Trophy had kicked off the day at Hampton & Richmond Borough FC and was the tightest of three close finals, with London Academicals edging AFC Stoke Newington on penalties after a 2-2 tie.
Player of the match, Ellie Lock, got both goals for the Accies and also netted in the shoot-out.
