The 28-year-old then jetted off to Switzerland where once again she captained her team to another major title.

Williamson featured in every game at Euro 2025 as England were crowned champions for a second consecutive tournament.

After such a successful campaign for both club and country, Williamson was named in the FIFPRO World XI before being awarded Tuttosport’s Golden Player Woman.

The 19-year-old was loaned out to Brighton for the year where she enjoyed a breakout season in the WSL.

Agyemang really broke onto the scene at Euro 2025 though, as she was called upon on two occasions to save the Lionesses from certain elimination.

Two late knockout goals at the competition were pivotal to England’s eventual success and as a result the teenager won young player of the tournament.

Agyemang has now picked up her second individual award of the year after being named Europe’s Golden Girl.
