The Genero Adran Trophy Round of 16 draw has given holders Cardiff Met a home tie with tier-two team Coed Duon.
The Adran Premier sides were all seeded and entered at this stage, which will take place on Sunday 3 December.
Pontardawe Town face a testing trip to Adran Premier leaders Cardiff City Women, Llandudno have a big tie at home to Swansea City, while Wrexham host Briton Ferry Llansawel whom they beat in the promotion play-off last season.
