The New Saints recorded a first-ever win over Cardiff City as they eliminated the Genero Adran Trophy holders at the quarter-final stage.

Last season’s treble winners were down to 10 players when Mikayla Cook was shown a red card after only 14 minutes, Olivia Buckland’s 27th-minute goal then proving enough for TNS to beat the Bluebirds.

Olivia Fuller put Wrexham ahead in first-half added time at Barry, Nat Clark doubled the lead but Ellie Preece quickly replied, before Ava Suckley sealed the result with the visitors’ third on 73 minutes.
Swansea City went through 5-0 at Adran South side Cascade where Stacey John-Davis hit a hat-trick, Emily Richards and Jasmine Guymer added a goal each.
The semi-final draw will be broadcast on RedWall+ at 8pm on Tuesday 17 December.
