The six-player shortlists for the women’s awards of PFA Players’ Player of the Year and PFA Young Player of the Year have been announced.
The nominees for the 2021 PFA Women’s Players’ Player of the Year come exclusively from the WSL’s top two teams:

Those making the cut for the 2021 PFA Young Women’s Player’s Player of the Year are:

- Ella Toone – Manchester United
- Ellie Roebuck – Manchester City
- Lauren Hemp – Mancheste City
- Lauren James – Manchester United
