456 clubs enter the Women’s FA Cup

There will be 456 clubs entering the Women’s FA Cup for the 2023-24 season, after the list of clubs accepted was released.

From Abbey Rangers through to York Railway Institute, the journey begins with the first round qualifying on Sunday 10 September and ends at Wembley for the Final on 11 or 12 May 2024.

We also now know at what stage clubs will join the competition, with the release of the exemptions list which reveals clubs from the Barclays WSL will enter in the fourth round proper with Barclays Women’s Championship clubs joining one round earlier.

The draws for the first round qualifying and second round qualifying will be released, along with the Competition Rules and 2023-24 prize fund on Friday 4 August.
