Brighton recently won the FAWPL play-off final and having also met on and off-field licensing criteria, will compete in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL) in 2017. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a successful first-team squad, while developing and delivering a coaching programme of the highest standard.
Applicants must be FA licensed coaches and hold a minimum of a ‘UEFA A’ Certificate with an FA Youth Award for Modules 1, 2 and 3, along with FA Safeguarding and FA Emergency Aid certification.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience of coaching in the Women’s Super League (or equivalent elite level league or national team). They will need to be flexible with regards to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days.
