Wales agonisingly conceded in the last minute of added time to be held 2-2 by Ukraine in UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 Qualifying League B.

Playing in Poland, Rhian Wilkinson’s side came from behind to lead with a quickfire double in the latter stages, only to be pegged back in the 97th minute and lose top spot in the group.

Ukraine led after Roksolana Kravchuk let the ball run for Yana Kalinina to finish, an advantage that stood for 40 minutes.

Kayleigh Barton won and converted a 74th-pminute penalty, before Jess Fishlock blasted home from distance.

Nicole Kozlova’s last-gasp headed equaliser allowed Croatia to go top of the table, although Wales are now guaranteed at least a play-off place.
