#UWCL: Glasgow City & Linfield to host qualifying groups

Forty of the sixty 2018/19 UEFA Women’s Champions League entrants go into the hat for the 22 June qualifying round draw, with Glasgow City and Linfield set to host their respective group’s mini-tournament.

The qualifying round will run from 7 to 13 August, with clubs ranked according to their coefficient, in which Glasgow City are among the top seeds, Cardiff Met and Wexford Youths in seeding position 3, while Linfield are in the lowest section.

Gintra Universitetas, SFK 2000 Sarajevo, MTK Hungária, Osijek, Kharkiv, Olimpija Ljubljana, Breznica Pljevlja and Rīgas Futbola skola are the other eight sides to be designated as hosts.

Chelsea and Manchester City are two of the twenty teams joining the competition at the Round of 32 knockout stage, for which the draw is made on 17 August.
