Tottenham Hotspur have signed experienced Swiss international defender Luana Bühler from 1899 Hoffenheim on a contract until June 2025.

The 27-year-old has 40 caps for her country and also made the squad for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Bühler won the Nationalliga A Women, as well as the Schweizer Pokal Frauen with FC Zürich.

In the last five seasons, she has made 100 appearances for Hoffenheim including eight in the Champions League, while captaining the club to fourth in the Frauen-Bundesliga last term.
