Manchester City midfielder Jill Scott has withdrawn from the England squad for the forthcoming SheBelieves Cup in the USA in order to manage her return to full fitness ahead of this summer’s FIFA Women’s World Cup, reports TheFA.com.

Orlando Pride’s Chioma Ubogagu has been called up to Phil Neville’s squad and joined her team-mates on Sunday in Philadelphia, as the Lionesses prepare for their opening game of the prestigious tournament.

England face Brazil in Philadelphia on Wednesday 27 February before taking on USA in Nashville on Saturday 2 March and then Japan three days later.
