It allows female players identified as having elite potential the opportunity to access appropriate levels of coaching and support, through the ‘FA Girls’ England talent pathway.
Alongside our RTC Technical Director and Centre Manager, our Coaches design training sessions and games that are relevant, realistic and fun to ensure the development of key areas. The programme also includes games against other Clubs to ensure there is a competitive environment for players to progress within.
We understand that every player’s journey is unique and influenced by a number of factors, acknowledging that all athletes progress at different rates and in different ways. We therefore ensure that all of our players receive the support necessary to enable them to develop individually the key attributes required to play at the highest level.
