PREMIER – Peterborough Northern Star made sure of at least fifth spot wth all four goals at AFC Dunstable, Chanade Henderson and Kstie Steward with two each. FAWNL-bound Cambridge City won 3-0 at Bedford to go a massive 14 points clear.
ONE – King’s Lynn Town went fourth when sending hosts and champions St Ives Town to a first defeat of the season, Tiffany Jay Ford has with three goals in a 4-3 win. Newmarket Town dropped one place after being held to a 2-2 tie at Histon.
EAST MIDLANDS – Doubles for Foxes & Pilgrims
PREMIER – Loughborough Students finished seventh with a 4-3 victory at Kettering Town on Wednesday, despite a double by the hosts’ Caitlin Redfern-Christie.
1 SOUTH – Oadby & Wigston clinched the runners-up spot when sending Loughborough Foxes Vixens to a 7-0 defeat in midweek. Samantha Hargrace bagged a brace, while substitutes Freya Gardner and Emily Miles both scored. Champions Northampton Town had to come from a goal down at the break to beat Lutterworth Athletic 3-1. Loughborough Foxes Vixens had to settle for a 2-2 draw with Corby Town, Jasmine Sawyer coming off the bench to level for the visitors.
LEAGUE CUP FINAL – Leicester City Women Development completed the double in style, the Premier Division winners sinking Woodlands 7-1.
LEAGUE PLATE FINAL – Boston United beat Notts County by the odd goal in five to add the Plate to their Division 1 South title.
GREATER LONDON – Walton stun Godalming
JOHN GREENACRE MEMORIAL TROPHY FINAL – Crystal Palace Development beat Bromley 4-2 as Elle Johnson hit a hat-trick for the double-winners.
GLWFL TROPHY FINAL – Headstone Manor took the trophy with a 2-1 scoreline against Comets.
SUE SHARPLES MEMORIAL TROPHY – Division 2 North winners Walton Casuals Reserves overcame top flight Godalming Town 5-1 with the help of braces by Kaitlyn Lewis and Sabrina McCann.
NORTH WEST – FC United capture cup in extra-time
ARGYLE SPORTS LEAGUE CUP FINAL – Stockport County were unable to add the cup to their league success, going down 5-2 after extra-time to FC United of Manchester, who levelled in added time. Goals from Kate O’Gara, Cara Fields and Jess Battle then settled the matter.
ARGYLE SPORTS LEAGUE PLATE FINAL – Stockport County Blues also missed out on silverware on the day, going down 3-0 to Wigan Athletic.
SOUTHERN – More silverware for Saints
LEAGUE CUP FINAL – Southampton FC Ladies completed a double-winning season with a 2-0 result against Oxford City. Phone Williams and Ella Pussey got a goal each.
CHAIRMAN’S CUP FINAL – Division 1 winners Moneyfield and Premier runners-up AFC Bournemouth staged a nine-goal thriller in which the Cherries pipped the underdogs 5-4, Chloe Tape netting three times.
WEST MIDLANDS – Leafield seven up
PREMIER – Leafield Athletic won the league by a five-point margin after running out 7-0 winners at Stockingford AA Pavilion, Daisy Clements dominant with a four-goal haul.
1 SOUTH – Second-placed Kidderminster Harriers concluded their campaign with a 6-2 victory at Rugby Town.
