Reading FC Women’s Welsh international forward Rachel Rowe has signed a new contract to keep her with the Royals until June 2024.
Rowe is the side’s joint-top goal-scorer this season so far, as well as celebrating her 100th appearance back in November.
Manager Kelly Chambers, who signed Rowe from Swansea City six years ago, told readingfc.co.uk:
“I am delighted that Rowey has committed her future to Reading. She is a player that has developed so much over the years, on and off the pitch. Even though she has had an up-and-down season with illness and injury, I believe 2020-21 has been some of her best football yet. What is exciting, is I know there is still more to come.”
