Northern Ireland Women’s FA League results featured a seven-goal thriller and a 14-year-old’s first senior goal.

East Belfast versus Mid-Ulster was abandoned in the 57th minute after the hosts Alie Hamilton suffered a very bad knee injury. Mid-Ulster were leading 3-1 at the time.

Belfast Celtic’s 3-2 result at Comber Rec featured a Leola McErlane double, while Lisburn hit hosts Ballymena United for six.

St Oliver Plunkett came from 2-0 down to defeat Larne Olympic 4-3 in a Division 2 thriller, Chelsey Edwards scoring twice for the hosts, 14-year-old Morgan Hanna with her first senior goal for Larne.

Carnmoney Athletic’s Aimee Kerr claimed five of the goals in her side’s 8-1 success at Bangor.
