Laura O’Sullivan Wales Player Of The Year

The Football Association of Wales Awards 2017, sponsored by Vauxhall, were held at Hensol Castle at the Vale Resort on Monday (2 October).

Attendees celebrated a year of Welsh football at the event from FAW Fair Play Award winners and the Orchard Welsh Premier League Clubwoman of the Year to honouring players from the Men’s and Women’s National Teams.

The top FAW Player of the Year Award went to Laura O’Sullivan, who joined Yeovil Town from Cardiff City Ladies this season.

The Fans Player of the Year Award, which was voted on by the public via Wales Online, went to Jess Fishlock, meanwhile, Peyton Vincze picked up the Young Player accolade.
