Manchester City have confirmed that England international Keira Walsh has joined Barcelona for an undisclosed fee.

She follows Lucy Bronze in joining the 2021-22 UWCL finalists and has signed a contract through to the end of June 2025.

The 25-year-old played 211 games in all competitions, making her City’s joint all-time appearance holder with Steph Houghton at the time of her departure.

Walsh won eight trophies in as many years during her time at the Academy Stadium.
