Charlton Athletic have signed defender Gracie Pearse on a permanent contract following a loan spell from Tottenham Hotspur.

She joined the Addicks in December last year, making four appearances for the Championship title-chasers before the end of her loan.

The 21-year-old Arsenal Academy graduate has also played for Crystal Palace and Bristol City.

Pearse told charltonafc.com: “I think how close we came to being promoted it is a big part of it and how good the team is together. I feel most happy here and that’s why I made the decision to come back.”
