Jess Fishlock took just eight minutes of the game to overtake Helen Ward as Wales’ all-time top scorer on 45 goals, Carrie Jones setting up this particular opportunity.

Inside the first half-hour, Fishlock was denied a second of the night by the post, although Mary McAteer was on hand to turn in the rebound as she opened her account for Wales.
The play-offs draw is on Friday, when Wales will discover who stands in their way of a place at EURO 2025.
