Derby County will leapfrog local rivals Nottingham Forest into second pace if they defeat basement side Hull City.
Portsmouth sit seventh in the Southern Premier but eight points off the top six as they entertain Cardiff City Ladies who are third and six points short of the leading pair.
TNS will jump three places to second in Division 1 Midlands should they defeat Leafield Athletic and Long Eaton United could go fourth with a win at next-to-bottom Solihull Moors.
Southampton Women’s FC have the chance to dislodge Division 1 South West leaders and neighbours Southampton FC but visitors Larkhall Athletic stand to go level on points with third-placed Cheltenham Town should they pull off a surpise win.
Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest meet for a place in the League Plate semi-finals, Forest edged Boro 1-0 in the Northern Premier last Sunday but the Teesside outfit were 5-2 victors when they clashed on the opening day.
