Sheffield FC are a point above the Northern Premier drop zone after drawing 1-1 at Guiseley, Lisa Giampalma levelling 6 minutes after the Vixens scored.

Chichester went back to the top of the Southern Premier with a Helen Ogle brace, despite Plymouth netting early on through Becky Dandridge. Winless QPR went down by the only goal of the match at Portsmouth, a Rachel Panting penalty.

Birmingham & West Midlands went third in Midlands Division 1 with a 2-1 win at Solihull Moors, Maimee Morris and a Shannie Jennings free kick proving enough, despite Jade Hewitt’s reply with 5 minutes to go. Long Eaton are fifth on goal-difference after thrashing Steel City 8-0, Hannah Arber with half that total.

Burnley extended their advantage at the top of Northern Division 1 to 6 points when winning 1-0 at Chorley, thanks to Evie Preistley’s goal 4 minutea after coming off the bench. Barnsley beat Chester le Street 2-0 to go second, Drew Greene’s first-half goal added to 13 minutes from time by Danielle Whitham. Liverpool Feds came from 2-1 down at the break to beat Norton 3-2 and go fifth, Emily Douglas scoring early in either half.

Orient missed the chance to go third in South East Division 1, falling to a 3-2 home defeat against Stevenage.  Chanel Richards and Hayley Burton got the goals for the O’s, Nicole Emmings netted twice and Ashleigh Deacon once as the visitors struck twice in the final 6 minutes. Actonians’ Carla Williams scored 13 minutes from the end to take a point at home to Cambridge United, for whom Mollie Coupar found the net. Enfield ended goalless with next to bottom Denham.

Chesham are up to third in South West Division 1 after edging Buckland 4-3, all goals coming after the break and United letting slip a three-goal lead before grabbing the decider. Gemma Fraser hit a hat-trick and Emma Delves a single, Sarah-Louise Stacey, Laura Gough and an own-goal registering for the visitors. Larkhall just got the better of Southampton Saints with the odd goal in five. They led 3-0 before Alisha Buckingham and Krystal White pulled goals back, only for the latter to then be sent off.

West Brom fought back to make the quarter finals of the Plate competition with a 2-1 win at Sporting Khalsa. Hannah Price equalised for the Baggies and Natalie Murray netted the decider.
