Ahead of the weekend fixtures in the FA Women’s National League, Thursday brought victory for Nottingham Forest while Solihull Moors held Stourbridge.

Nottingham Forest put five past West Brom in front of 418 fans, to go seven points clear of Burnley at the top of the Northern Premier Division but from two games more. The Clarets go to Stoke City on Sunday, when third-placed Wolves welcome Liverpool Feds.

Division One Midlands leaders Stourbridge drew 1-1 at Solihull Moors, moving ten points ahead of Doncaster Rovers Belles.
